Catch up!!

What a busy summer!! I see how far behind I am in catching up the blog, so here's a glimps at our summer.

After a many year absence I participated in the Relay for Life in Bellingham. My Mom, Richard, and fellow team mate walk the survivor lap.

Our Team, "Girlfriends for a Cure".

The luminaries are always a moving tribute to our loved ones we have lost and those we celebrate.

I took Nicole camping to Larrabee State Park.

The boys came to the camp for dinner and we walked down to the beach for the sunset.

Time for Smores.

Nicole loved our camping trip and can't wait to do it again. Unfortunately, that was the only time we got to go this summer :-(

Alex has his first job! At Kentucky Fried Chicken.

For the past several years we have gone with our NECA group to the Friday SeaFair practice session of the Blue Angels. There were a lot of people out on their boats, and it was a great show.

The two in the middle are upside down!

The annual summer NECA convention was in Victoria, BC this year, so we took the whole family. A very windy ride on the ferry.

These little ferries shuttle you from dock to dock in the Victoria Harbor.

Marcus and Bruno on one of the little ferries.

What a beautiful hotel.

There was a dragon boat festival going on that weekend.

Nicole and Christian.

After a 90+ minute wait at the border we were very glad to see this sign!

I bought a new camera, and these are some of the experimental pics.

Marcus' girlfriend, Allisha.

I took these pictures while we were waiting for the arrival of our new toy.

Our new toy!

Mom and I took Nicole to the Woodland Park Zoo

Marcus took this picture of Nicole and I just love it.

The day before school started I surprised Nicole by taking her horseback riding.

She loved it!!
